Cardholder Agreement
This Cardholder Agreement contains the terms and conditions governing your use of the prepaid gift card issued to you. By purchasing, signing, or using the card, you agree to these terms.
1. About Your Card
The prepaid gift card is a prepaid plastic or virtual card. It is not a credit card, checking account, or deposit account:
- The card is pre-loaded with a specific amount of USD funds. It is not reloadable; once the funds are fully expended, the card becomes inactive.
- The card is issued by Pathward, N.A., Member FDIC.
- Your card cannot be used for cash withdrawals at ATMs, cash-back transactions at checkout, or illegal activities.
2. Checking Your Balance
You are responsible for keeping track of your remaining card balance:
- You can review your balance and recent transaction logs at any time on our homepage by inputting the 16-digit card number, CVV2, and Expiration Date.
- You may also call the customer service phone number printed on the back of your physical card to get automated balance reports.
3. Fund Expiration and Card Expiry
Funds Validity: The funds loaded onto the card do not expire. However, the physical card plastic itself does have a "Valid Thru" date printed on it. If your card has expired but still contains unused funds, you may call our support team or the issuer to receive a replacement card with your remaining funds at no extra charge.
4. Standard Fees and Limitations
The card does not charge monthly maintenance fees, activation surcharges, or transaction fees. Please review your purchase package details for any specific issuer setup fees that were collected at the time of card purchase.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards
Treat your gift card like cash. If your card is lost or stolen, it will not be replaced unless you can provide:
- The full 16-digit card number.
- The CVV2 security code.
- Original receipt showing proof of purchase.
If these criteria are met, a replacement card may be issued, subject to a processing fee determined by the servicing company.
